To niezależna kopia, a nie oficjalny rejestr. Do celów formalnych korzystaj z Rejestru Aptek na Platformie Rejestrów Medycznych.

Serwis udziela informacji, a nie porady prawnej ani farmaceutycznej. Dane
są kopią pliku publikowanego na dane.gov.pl ze stanem na 2026-02-09.

This site republishes public registers. Source by source: the licence it is published under, and the condition its publisher sets — read from the publisher's own terms page, on the date shown.

Of 23,873 entries, 13,819 are AKTYWNA (57.9%) and 9,715 are NIEAKTYWNA (40.7%), with 216 suspended and 112 temporarily closed. Four pharmacies in ten in this register are no longer open. The register is a history, not a list of what trades today — and reading 'the pharmacy exists' without reading its status is wrong two times in five. ⚠️ AND ONE COLUMN ANSWERS A QUESTION NOBODY CAN ANSWER OTHERWISE. Only 344 entries of 23,873 (1.4%) carry the right to sell by mail order. That is the answer to 'is this online pharmacy legal?', and the complete list is published at /wysylkowa/. ⚠️ TWENTY COLUMNS ARE NEVER READ. The source carries telephone (89.2% filled), e-mail (83.3%), fax, the pharmacy manager's given name, surname AND professional licence number (62.2%), the deputy manager's, the owner's personal name (35.7%) and the owner's home address (91.6%) — more than 240,000 values in all. They are not loaded into our database at any point: not filtered at display, simply never read, because a field absent from the database cannot leak by inattention. The most common owner legal form is 'osoba fizyczna prowadząca działalność', so the owner's address is frequently a home address. Only the owner's business identifiers are kept: name, NIP, REGON, KRS. ⚠️ AND THE VOIVODESHIP IS NOT NORMALISED AT SOURCE — 50 distinct spellings for 16 voivodeships (case, diacritics, a missing hyphen). | Rejestr Podmiotów Wykonujących Działalność Leczniczą (RPWDL) | CC BY 4.0 | Used only for one added measurement: how many pharmacy owners are also entities performing medical activity. 1,648 of 11,713 distinct owner tax numbers (14.1%) appear in the RPWDL — hospitals and clinics operating their own pharmacy. Neither register references the other. A fabricated control (real tax numbers plus seven) joins at 0.00%, which is what separates a join from a coincidence of format.
